I had the pleasure of working with Amato team in my capacity of marketing director for DeVry University, for the Grand Opening of our new location in Lynnwood. It was a high-visibility local event with VIP guests, such as mayor of Lynnwood, Chamber of Commerce and local business representatives. As you can tell, we needed a flawless event. Boy, am I glad Amato team was there!
Their food quality was amazing (chilled prawns with light mayonnaise sauce, variety of Mediterranean finger food, mini desserts – all set up by theme in four different reception rooms, as suggested by wonderful Danilo Amato). I have to say, our guests seemed to pay more attention to the food than to speakers (and, let’s face it – for official events, 80% of success is in what you serve).
But beyond that – Amato team worked with our team, taking care of everyone, making sure there are no dry throats for those needing to speak to guests; providing opportunity for our busy staff to grab a bite as well throughout the event, making seamless refills – and plenty, plenty of amazing food items to go around.
